Your starting point. Not someone else’s.
New to front crawl? Coming back to running? Your experience in each discipline matters, not just the finish line you pick.
A little courage. A plan that gets you.
You don’t have to feel like a triathlete to become one. Swim, bike and run with a plan that meets you where you are—and fits the life you actually live.
First-timer friendly. From sprint to full distance.

LESS OVERWHELM. MORE “I CAN DO THIS.”
Triathlon has enough moving parts. Your training app shouldn’t be another one. Triku connects the plan, the learning and the everyday decisions—so you know what’s next, and why.

NO QUESTION TOO BASIC
That’s a good place to start.
Yes. Triku asks about your experience, your swim ability, your available days and your goal. If front crawl is new to you, the swim block starts with breathing and body position. It also checks whether the preparation time looks realistic rather than treating every race date as a good idea. In-person swimming instruction is a valuable complement; an app cannot supervise you in the water.
The calendar is only one part. Triku combines three-discipline planning with an AI-assisted coach, practical academy lessons, illustrated swim drills, brick guidance, nutrition logging, routes and race-week preparation. The aim is to help you understand and follow your training—not just receive a list of sessions.
You can ask Coach to help adjust your week, move sessions and review proposed changes before applying them. Adjustments explain what changed and can be undone. After a missed block, the app can offer to rebuild the weeks you have left. Your past sessions and race date aren’t silently rewritten.
No. First-timers are welcome, not the limit. Plans support sprint, Olympic, half and full-distance triathlons, with swim tests and paced sessions for more confident swimmers. There are also separate running plans from 5K to marathon. You have one active plan at a time.
The mobile app supports Apple Health on iPhone and Health Connect on Android for workout sync. Routes can be exported as GPX, and supported bike sessions as Zwift workout files. Direct Garmin Connect and Strava integrations are planned, not currently available.
Coach is AI-assisted, not a human coach. The plan engine controls the training structure and validates its rules; AI helps explain it and work through your questions. You can explore the methodology and linked research in the app. Triku is a training companion, not medical advice or a substitute for qualified, in-person coaching.
The app is available in English and Dutch. You can switch between them in your profile at any time.
Go to the download page and choose the Apple App Store for iPhone or Google Play for Android. Each option shows its current availability. You can also explore the sample preview here without an account.
